Terms Of Service

GENERAL
• By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
• I cannot assume responsibility for any misunderstanding on your part.PAYMENTS
• Pay upfront after the sketch (50/50 is fine)
• Includes fees to cover the processing taxesREVISIONS
• Up to 3 revisions before the sketch is finalized
^{(to avoid major revisions, please provide as much details as you can)}DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• TAT: 1-4 weeks (depends on your slot)
• The final piece will be sent through Gmail
• You will be sent 2 versions of the piece (transparent and with background)
Rush fee: Anywhere withing a 2 week period period will be charged 50% of the commission priceUSE
• Giving credits when posting/using in any platforms are much appreciated
• My watermarks may not be removed
• You may not claim the piece as your own
• Any artworks may NOT be used for AI Trainings / NFTsINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I reserve the rights to include the commission in my portfolio, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc. unless you pay the NDA (+P100)
° Personal Use: Profile picture / banner / wallpaper / gift
° Commercial: Merchandise / ads / print (+250% base)
• The Art piece may NOT be resold by youREFUNDS
• 80% Refund if I haven't started
• No refund once I started / completed the art commissionCOMMUNICATION
• Make sure your DMs are OPEN on your socials if I need to privately converse with you/give updates.
• You are given 3 days to reply to each update, if you failed to do so, the commission is bound to be delayed.

Hello! I'm Dyul, an 18-year-old self taught freelance digital illustrator from the Philippines🇵🇭In 2020, I began doing digital art since I found being locked in a room for months to be boring.
